Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your TintLog account and associated personal data, including data obtained via Google or Facebook OAuth.

1. Request Deletion by Email

Send a deletion request to support@tintlog.com from the email address associated with your TintLog account.

Include:

  • • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  • • Your account email.
  • • Whether your account uses Google or Facebook sign-in.
  • • A statement confirming you want permanent deletion.

2. What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account profile and the related data associated with your TintLog account, including OAuth-linked profile identifiers needed for sign-in.

3. Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification.

Certain records may be retained longer when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing obligations, or secure backup cycles.

4. Revoke OAuth Access

You can also revoke TintLog's access in your third-party account settings:

  • • Google: Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access.
  • • Facebook: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.

Revoking OAuth access disconnects sign-in permissions but may not by itself delete TintLog account data, so email deletion is still recommended.
